Hossam El Sayed Ghaly (Arabic: حسام غالي‎‎; born 15 December 1981) is an Egyptian international footballer who plays for Egyptian club Al-Ahly. Ghaly plays mainly as a central midfielder, less frequently as a right full-back and due to injuries even an outside midfielder.

He has played 55 international matches for Egypt since his debut in 2002, and was part of their squads for the 2004 African Cup of Nations and their victory in the same tournament in 2010.

Ghaly played for Tottenham Hotspur of the Premier League between 2006 and 2009.
